By accessing or using the Keep Hustlin' website ("Site") or purchasing any of our products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order with us.

All prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes and shipping. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory limitations. If we cancel your order after payment, you will be refunded in full.

Our garments are printed for you after you place the order rather than pulled from stock. Production takes 2–5 business days before your parcel ships, and an order that has entered production cannot be changed or cancelled — though our returns policy still applies once it arrives. Printed colours can vary slightly from what your screen shows.

We currently sell and ship within the United States only. Orders cannot be placed for delivery outside the US.

Payment is processed through trusted third-party providers. We do not store full payment card data on our servers. By submitting payment information you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Title and risk of loss pass to you once we hand the package to the carrier. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for customs delays, address errors, or carrier-side losses, but we will help file claims where possible.

All content on the Site — including logos, graphics, photography, product designs, and the "Keep Hustlin'" wordmark — is owned by or licensed to Keep Hustlin' and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site; (c) interfere with the operation of the Site; or (d) misrepresent your identity when placing an order.

The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keep Hustlin' shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Keep Hustlin' operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from them will be brought in the courts of that state.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect when posted to this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
