We respect your privacy and only collect what we need to ship your order, improve your experience, and stay in touch when you want us to. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to control it.
Information We Collect
- Order Info: name, email, shipping address, and phone number, collected at checkout so we can make and deliver your order. You can sign in with an email link to view your order history and manage your details, saved addresses, and email preferences. We do not collect an account password.
- Payment Info: handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. Card details go from your browser to Stripe; they never reach our servers, and we never see or store a full card number.
- Communications: any messages you send us through email or our contact form.
- Newsletter: if you sign up, your email address and the browser you signed up from.
How We Use It
- Make, pack, and ship your order.
- Send order confirmations and shipping updates, and answer support requests.
- Send drop announcements — only if you signed up for them, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
- Detect and prevent fraudulent orders.
- Comply with legal obligations.
Cookies & Tracking
We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site, and we do not set marketing cookies. Necessary authentication cookies keep you signed in securely. Your bag is kept in your own browser's local storage so it survives a refresh — that data never leaves your device until you check out. Stripe sets its own cookies on the payment step to process the transaction and prevent fraud.
Sharing Your Information
We share what each partner needs to do its job and nothing more: Stripe processes the payment, our print partner receives your name and shipping address to make and send the parcel, our email provider delivers your receipt, and our database host stores the order. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Data Retention
We keep order records for as long as required by law (typically 7 years). Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, opt out of marketing, or request a copy of your data. Email hello@keephustlin.com to exercise these rights.
Security
Every transaction on the Site is encrypted in transit using TLS. We store data on access-controlled infrastructure and conduct regular reviews of our security practices. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
Children's Privacy
Our Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice on the Site.
