30-day returns and easy size exchanges on everything unworn — here's exactly how it works.

The Policy

  • 30 days from delivery to return or exchange.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
  • US returns ship free with our prepaid label.
  • Refunds post to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the package.
  • Every piece is made to order, so a return is a real cost to us — check the sizing chart before you buy and we'll both come out ahead.

How To Start A Return

  1. Start from your order →

    Sign in with the email used at checkout, open your order, and view its return eligibility. You can also contact us using the steps below.

  2. Email us.

    Send your order number and reason for return to hello@keephustlin.com.

  3. Get your label.

    We'll reply within one business day with a prepaid US shipping label.

  4. Pack & ship.

    Drop the parcel at any carrier location. Keep your tracking number until the refund or exchange is confirmed.

  5. Refund or swap.

    Exchanges go into production as soon as the original is on its way back. Refunds post within 5–7 business days of arrival.

Damaged Or Wrong Item?

We're sorry — that's on us. Email hello@keephustlin.com within 7 days with a photo and your order number, and we'll send a replacement immediately at no charge.
